BTS specializes in Phone Equipment; we do not dabble in supplying dial tone, repairing desktop computers or operate an electrical service company. When you select BTS as your communication provider, you get the advantage of our staff working full time for you.

BTS warrants all new equipment sold by it to perform in accordance with its written specifications and to be free from defects in material and workmanship and will, without charge (during normal working hours, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.) within one year from date of cutover, replace or repair any part thereof found to be defective.  This warranty shall not, however, apply to any equipment subjected to improper use, tampering, negligence, or accident; and BTS does not authorize any person to assume any liability in connection with its products other than herein expressed. Some systems have additional years of warranty available.

Training with BTS will always be FREE of charge.

• After your warranty expires you have a choice of three service arrangements:
• Annual Service Contract
• On a Per Call Basis
• Should you desire to maintain your own system; you can perform minor maintenance with back-up by our technicians on a per half hour basis.
